To create a new offer, click Create.
1. Choose how the offer is redeemed
Pick how shoppers will redeem the offer:
Bulk Codes: Unique codes that each work one time (requires a CSV batch upload).
Static Codes: One generic code that anyone can use repeatedly.
No Code Required: Only use this if shoppers don't need a code to activate the offer.
Cashback Boost: Stack Minty Cashback on top of your offer to boost post-click conversion (75.7% on average). Required when no code is in use.
2. Build your offer
Add one or more offer lines. Each line is a part of the offer shown to the customer. Available offer types and their variables:
Percent Off / Dollar Off: Variables—Up To, Additional, Product Name, Threshold
Free Shipping / Flat Rate Shipping: Variables—Product Name, Threshold
Free Gift: Variables—Gift Name, Threshold
Free Trial: Variables—First, Timeframe (Days/Weeks/Months/Years), Then (price after trial), Product Name
Buy X Get Y: Variables—Buy [Item], Get [Item]
Subscriptions: Fixed Term or Timeframe(Days/Weeks/Months/Years), Dollar or Percent Amount, Product Name
When you use multiple offers, you can also customize:
Layout: Choose between a Header + sub-headers layout or a single line.
Separating Conjunctions:
+,&,/,•, and, or, with, or plus.
3. Configure your codes
If you chose Bulk Codes:
Upload your codes: Upload a
.csvfile containing all unique offer codes. Requirements:.csvfile formatThe top row is a header row
One unique code per line
Each code is between 4 and 24 characters
Create a backup offer code: Enter a backup static code so shoppers still get a working code if you run out of single-use codes.
Mark the code as exclusive to Minty: Enable this if the offer is for Minty only. Exclusive codes tend to perform better.
Set up alerts: Minty emails you when single-use codes run low. Separate multiple addresses with commas.
If you chose Static Code:
Enter your static code: Shoppers enter this at checkout. Use a random alphanumeric code (e.g.
SAVE10RZF41A) rather than a generic one (e.g.SAVE10); special characters aren't permitted. If you're worried about code leakage, use Single Use (Bulk) codes instead.Mark the code as exclusive to Minty: Same as above.
4. Set visibility and timing
Sync to Minty: Feature this offer on Minty.com to increase visibility and drive revenue.
Display Timing:
Always On: No end date.
Schedule this offer: Set a start and end date for it to appear on Minty.com.
5. Confirm offer details and disclosures
Offer details and exclusions: Add supporting details about your offer.
Offer disclosures: Review and confirm the offer's disclosures and restrictions.
6. Name your offer
Give your offer a unique, appealing name. This becomes your Minty offer listing, so make it easy for shoppers to understand.
Once accepted, your offer is created. If applicable, be sure to apply it to your Recover campaign in the Recover tab.
